Return Policy

Returns 

Thanks for purchasing our products at London Bridges Boutique.

Please click on londonbridges.myreturnscenter.com or from the home screen click on "Return Center" to start your online return.  All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card.  All Sale items cannot be returned for a store credit.  In order to be eligible, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way with original tags attached.  Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  If your item(s) are approved, a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a store credit.

London Bridges Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “ward-robing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
